CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is reminding resident and nonresident big game hunters that they have less than a week remaining to submit applications for limited quota deer and antelope licenses for the 2015 hunting seasons.

The application deadline is June 1 for deer and antelope.

The resident deadline to apply for limited quota elk is also June 1. The nonresident application period for elk was the month of January.

The June 1 deadline for nonresident deer and antelope is a major change in this year’s application deadline which has been March 15 for many years. The resident deadline was moved to June 1 this year because the normal deadline of May 31 is on a weekend.
