MERRIMACK, N.H. (AP) - Firefighters say about 50 people have been displaced in an apartment building fire in Merrimack, New Hampshire.

Firefighters say the fire started on a third-floor porch and spread to the roof early Thursday.

WMUR-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1FFanhl) one person was taken to a hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation.

Residents said they are staying in a hotel for now.
