CHERRY HILL, N.J. (AP) - Commuters who ride the rails across the Delaware River are getting a glimpse of the future.

The Delaware River Port Authority on Thursday is unveiling the next generation of PATCO cars.

The interiors of six rail cars have been upgraded and improvements have been made to their communication and operating systems.

The cars are the first of a $194 million project to rehabilitate all 120 cars in the PATCO fleet.
