BRENTWOOD, Calif. (AP) - Contra Costa County expects hundreds of people looking for a job at its job fair.

The career fair is at Brentwood Community Center from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday. Four dozen companies are expected to have recruiters on site, including Home Depot and the Santa Clara Sheriff’s Office.

There will be resume review services and career counseling. There will be services for veterans, disabled and youth seeking work.

The Workforce Development Board of Contra Costa County expects some 500 job seekers.
