ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - An Iyanbito man has been sentenced to more than three years in federal prison for involuntary manslaughter.

Prosecutors say 22-year-old Kameron Lee Frank received a 37-month prison term Thursday in federal court in Albuquerque. He will be on supervised release for three years after he completes his sentence.

Frank also was ordered to pay more than $4,500 in restitution to the family of the victim.

Prosecutors say Frank was arrested in July 2014 and pleaded guilty in January.

They say a Navajo Nation man who was a passenger in Frank’s vehicle died in a rollover crash on May 23, 2014 in McKinley County, New Mexico.

They say Frank was driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
