MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Memphis has announced that forward Nick Marshall signed with the Tigers and will enroll this fall, enabling him to begin his college career in the upcoming season.

Marshall was originally considered a 2015 recruit before reclassifying to 2016, but he recently reclassified once more to again become a 2015 prospect. Marshall, listed at 6-foot-10 and 230 pounds, is from Lexington, Tennessee.

In a release Thursday announcing the signing, Memphis coach Josh Pastner said Marshall “brings a lot of positives on and off the court to our program.”

Marshall joins a Memphis recruiting class that also includes guards Randall Broddie and Jeremiah Martin and guard/forwards Dedric Lawson and K.J. Lawson. Broddie and the Lawson brothers signed in November. Martin signed in April.
