DEVON, Pa. (AP) - Authorities say a person was struck and killed by an Amtrak train in Chester County.
The train was operating between Philadelphia and Harrisburg when it hit the person near SEPTA’s Devon station around 7 p.m. Wednesday.
The person’s name has not been released.
The incident caused SEPTA to suspend service on its Paoli/Thorndale line for about 90 minutes.
