JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) - Jonesboro police say a man suspected in a fatal weekend shooting has been arrested and a woman sought in the same case has turned herself in.
Police say the 18-year-old Jonesboro man was arrested late Wednesday in connection to the Monday shooting of 28-year-old Nelson McCullough. The man and the 21-year-old Jonesboro woman face capital murder charges.
Witnesses say two people entered McCullough’s home on Memorial Day and fatally shot him. Police haven’t released a suspected motive or why they believe the arrested pair is connected.
