KENT, Wash. (AP) - A King County sheriff’s spokesman says passers-by have found suspected human remains along the Green River near the south Seattle suburb of Kent.

KCPQ-TV reports that sheriff’s Sgt. Stan Seo says the remains were found late Wednesday afternoon off Frager Road South in unincorporated King County.

The remains reportedly had not been there long.
