KENT, Wash. (AP) - A King County sheriff’s spokesman says passers-by have found suspected human remains along the Green River near the south Seattle suburb of Kent.
KCPQ-TV reports that sheriff’s Sgt. Stan Seo says the remains were found late Wednesday afternoon off Frager Road South in unincorporated King County.
The remains reportedly had not been there long.
The King County medical examiner’s office will try to determine a cause of death and identify the remains.
