WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. (AP) - The chief operating officer of Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh will address students at West Liberty University’s spring commencement ceremony.
Kristina K. Williams is a graduate of West Liberty and a Wheeling native. Her father, Roland E. “Rollie” Williams taught at West Liberty for 37 years.
The commencement ceremony will be held Saturday in the Academic, Sports and Recreation Complex.
West Liberty says 385 students are expected to graduate.
