RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - Federal prosecutors say a 32-year-old man has been sentenced to more than eight years in prison in a child pornography case that started when he was arrested trying to tape a child in a bathroom at the North Carolina State Fair.

Paul Fantz was sentenced to 100 months behind bars on Monday along with 15 years of probation. He pleaded guilty in May 2014.

Prosecutors say Fantz was arrested trying to tape the child in the bathroom in October 2013. After his arrest, investigators found on the laptop and cellphone at least 100 videos of boys urinating and an additional 100 images of child pornography.
