DENVER (AP) - Hospital officials have released the name of a 15-year-old boy who was struck by lightning in the Denver suburb of Aurora.
University of Colorado Hospital officials said Monday that Brian Tena Cardenas remains in critical condition after being struck Friday afternoon. The Denver Post reports (https://goo.gl/g47oO4 ) additional details about his injuries have not been released.
Cardenas was hit by lightning as he was walking through a field on top of a hill as a series of thunderstorms moved through the area.
