OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) - A Lacey man charged with kidnapping and threatening a county Task Force informant has pleaded not guilty.
The Olympian reports (https://bit.ly/1IdnOa0 ) that Frank Knoblock Jr. entered his pleas on Tuesday to first-degree kidnapping, second-degree assault, felony harassment and intimidating a witness.
The four charges stem from an April incident.
Thurston County detectives began investigating Knoblock after an informant said he kidnapped and assaulted her during a controlled drug buy.
She said Knoblock held a handgun to her head while he and a female suspect questioned her about an attempted controlled buy earlier in the month.
The informant said Knoblock warned that if she was a snitch, there would be a bullet with her name on it.
The female suspect then drove the informant to a grocery store near her home.
