LINDEN, N.J. (AP) - A northern New Jersey woman allegedly set fire to her boyfriend’s apartment after they had a heated argument.

Linden police say 31-year-old city resident Tiffany Concepcion faces three counts of aggravated arson as well as aggravated assault and weapons offenses.

Concepcion’s 32-year-old boyfriend told authorities that fled the building following their fight, then soon saw smoke coming from his windows. When he went back to his apartment, he tried to put out the fire.

Authorities say the man, another resident and two police officers were treated for smoke inhalation.

Concepcion’s bail was set $120,000, and it wasn’t known Tuesday if she has retained an attorney.

Concepcion is due to make a court appearance May 13.
