MOUNT HOLLY, N.J. (AP) - Authorities in New Jersey have accused a Virginia man of emailing photos of children engaged in sex acts with adults.

Thirty-five-year-old Dale Clark of West Point, Virginia, waived extradition and is held in the Burlington County jail.

The investigation began in March when a police officer received a tip about an item listed on an online classified site.

A detective alleges Clark emailed him several photos of underage girls engaging in sex acts with men.

Clark used to live in Pemberton.

It’s not clear if he has a lawyer.
