FAIRMONT, W.Va. (AP) - A West Virginia man has been arrested after police say he wrote threatening messages on his porch and threatened to kill officers at his home.

WDTV-TV (https://bit.ly/1R8OexK) reports police say they found Robert Shaver painting threatening comments on his porch in Fairmont Saturday. When police responded, they noticed knife in his pocket. Shaver threatened to “blow up and kill everyone.”

As police entered the home Shaver kept threatening to kill and stab police. Officers used a stun gun to subdue him and took him to a local hospital.

Shaver has been charged with making threats of terrorist acts.
