PINEVILLE, W.Va. (AP) - A Wyoming County man convicted of killing another man has been charged with another slaying.
Media outlets report that a Wyoming County grand jury charged Oscar Combs Sr. with murder in the death of 38-year-old Teresa Lynn Ford of Matoaka.
Ford’s body was found in April 2014 in a shallow makeshift grave on Comb’s property in the Bud Mountain area. Ford was reported missing in 2013.
The 46-year-old Combs is serving a life sentence following his conviction in January on first-degree murder, robbery and conspiracy charges. The charges stem from the fatal shooting of James “Bo” Butler of Summers County. Butler’s body was found in April 2011 over a hillside near the Wyoming-Mercer county line.
