LAS VEGAS (AP) - Authorities have identified a man fatally shot after a fight in a Las Vegas parking lot.

The Clark County Coroner’s office said 39-year-old Dwayne Autry Taylor died of a gunshot wound to the chest. It’s unclear where he is from. His death has been ruled a homicide.

The shooting happened Monday evening at an apartment complex north of downtown near an elementary school.

Police said Taylor was in a physical fight with another man in the parking lot before he was shot.

The alleged shooter fled the scene and hasn’t been identified or arrested.

Police said they are searching for a person connected to the case who goes by the nickname “Seven.”

This is the 116th homicide in Las Vegas this year.
