MCCOMB, Miss. (AP) - A McComb man is facing multiple charges in sexual crimes against three children under 10 years of age.

The McComb Police Department tells the Clarion-Ledger (https://on.thec-l.com/1IlWbt5) 20-year-old Kameron Bateaste has been arrested on two felony counts of sexual battery involving two children under 10 and one felony count of touching for lustful purposes of a third child under the age of 10.

Police say Bateaste is believed to have committed the acts between May and November of 2015.

Authorities say they were notified of the case after the children told adults of alleged situation.

Bateaste is being held at the Pike County Detention Center on a $300,000 bond. It isn’t immediately clear if he has an attorney.
