PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - Providence Police are searching for a man they believe stabbed his brother and a woman with a potato peeler during a post-Thanksgiving argument.

Officers responded early Friday morning to a report of double stabbing on Smith Street. They found the two victims sitting on the stairs of a second floor apartment.

Tyresha Barrett told police she was sleeping in a bedroom after finishing Thanksgiving dinner when she was awoken by two brothers fighting in the kitchen. She said one of the brothers, Miguel Revolorio attempted to grab a knife, but she managed to stop him. She said Revolorio then obtained a potato peeler and stabbed her in the arm and his brother Luis Zuniga in the abdomen.

Police described the injuries as non-life-threatening and said they are looking for Revolorio.
