PORTLAND, Maine (AP) - Prosecutors say a 34-year-old Sabattus man has pleaded guilty in federal court to receiving child pornography.
Court records say Jody Moczara used the Internet and a file-sharing program to download several child pornography videos to his computer in June. Records say he also used the file-sharing program to search for child pornography and that his computer contained many video files and images.
Moczara faces between five and 20 years in prison, up to life on supervised release and a $250,000 fine. The Maine State Police Computer Crimes Unit and federal authorities conducted the investigation.
