MIDDLEBURY, Vt. (AP) - The Vermont Supreme Court is going on the road this week to Middlebury.
The state’s highest court will hear arguments in seven cases at the Addison County courthouse on Wednesday.
Among the cases is whether a trial court committed errors that caused a man to be convicted of second degree murder and can a town and property owners prevent construction of a solar energy facility in the town of Rutland.
The public is invited to attend the hearings.
The arguments start at 9 a.m.
