Bodies of man, woman found in car in Mountlake Terrace

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, Wash. (AP) - Officials say the bodies of a man and woman have been found in a car in Mountlake Terrace.

The pair was declared dead at the scene Wednesday evening near 233rd Street Southwest and 48th Avenue West in the parking lot of Terrace Creek Park.

Mountlake Police Commander Kevin Pickard says someone walking in the park found them bleeding in the car around 5 p.m. He called the deaths suspicious but police believe there’s no threat to the public.

The victims have not been identified.
