KEARNEY, Neb. (AP) - The Kearney Area Children’s Museum has a new director.
The Kearney Hub reports (https://bit.ly/1RlaRxT ) that Traci Keyser was named executive director of the museum earlier this week and will assume her new role on Nov. 2.
Keyser succeeds Josh Hanshaw, who left to become executive director of the Lincoln Habitat for Humanity affiliate.
Keyser has served as human resources and business manager at YMCA of the Prairie in Holdrege for more than two years.
Keyser lives in Holdrege, but says she enjoys Kearney and is excited to move. Keyser described the museum as a “great resource for hands-on learning.”
Keyser earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in management and marketing from Fort Hays State University.
