He was not in custody as of Friday evening.

Police spokeswoman Jennifer Castro says officers are collecting the surveillance video from a business near the supermarket.

Trejo is described as being 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 250 pounds. He’s wanted on an unrelated arrest warrant for failing to appear at a change of plea hearing on a third-degree assault charge.
