NEW YORK (AP) - Police say they want to speak to a Brooklyn man believed to have spent time with two women found dead months apart in separate New York City hotels.

Police say the 36-year-old suspect was caught on video entering the hotels with the women and exiting alone.

Chief Robert Boyce says the man’s fingerprints were pulled from one of the crime scenes.

Police say Chrissy Bevelaqua was found dead on July 23 in a room of the Bushwick Hotel in Brooklyn.

On Sept. 8, Antoinette Marin was found dead at the Manhattan Broadway Hotel in midtown Manhattan.

Boyce says there were similarities between the two scenes that led police to believe the crimes were committed by the same person.

He says the suspect had a history of arrests for drug possession.
