HARTFORD, Vt. (AP) - An eastern Vermont man is facing sex slave charges after a woman says he sexually assaulted her in front of a webcam in front of paying customers.
WCAX-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1OBJssT ) The 38-year-old Hartford man pleaded not guilty to numerous charges. The woman told police he forced her to perform sex acts on him for months. She said he also took away her access to cars, phone, money, friends and family to prevent her from seeking help.
He faces up to 16 years in prison if convicted.
