PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) - Pueblo police are continuing to investigate the fatal shooting of a man who was reportedly shot while driving.
The Pueblo Chieftain reports (https://bit.ly/1KvjNBA ) police found 20-year-old Isaiah Vialpando Wednesday inside his car with gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital where he later died.
Witnesses say they heard shots being fired around 4 p.m. and saw two cars driving next to each other at high speeds. The silver car Vialpando was driving wrecked in a nearby parking lot and the suspect’s car took off.
Police are asking for the public’s help in locating possible suspects. The suspect’s vehicle has been described as a red two-door car with a sun roof, dark-tinted windows and spoked rims.
Vialpando’s girlfriend says she attended college with him at Colorado State University-Pueblo.
