LEBANON, Pa. (AP) - A Lebanon County judge told an ex-doctor that his case kept him up at night before sentencing the man for indecently assaulting four women, including a teenage girl.

The Lebanon Daily News reports (https://bit.ly/1UYsA2O ) 62-year-old Samuel Rashid was sentenced Thursday to serve between six months and two years in prison after reaching a plea deal on charges of indecent assault and corruption of a minor.

Rashid’s deal with prosecutors dismissed a felony charge of aggravated indecent assault.

The Egypt native was also ordered to surrender his passport and can’t leave the country without court approval.

Judge John Tylwalk said he received the most letters ever sent to him for a criminal case, with victims calling the ex-physician at Lebanon Valley Family Medicine “a pig” and a “scumbag and pervert.”
