GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) - A western Michigan massage therapist charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection with a reported assault during a therapy session has been ordered to stand trial.
WOOD-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1UIVRit ) that 54-year-old John Ashby on Friday waived his preliminary hearing in 61st District Court in Grand Rapids.
Police say the victim is 41 and that the incident reportedly occurred Feb. 28 at a spa in Grand Rapids.
Ashby was arrested in March at his home.
