Police: 28-year-old man fatally shot in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) - Authorities are investigating after a man was fatally shot in Cape Girardeau.

KFVS-TV (https://bit.ly/22UAD5I ) reports that the shooting happened Thursday night. Officers found the unidentified 28-year-old victim on the front porch of a home when they arrived at the scene.

No one was immediately arrested in the killing. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
