FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A former Fargo business owner has been sentenced to serve 12 months of home confinement and ordered to pay back more than $377,000 in a federal tax fraud case.
Forty-three-year-old Tammy Devier was the owner of Red Arrow Recruiters, LLC. She’s accused of failing to pay employment and payroll taxes she had received from the companies she represented to the Internal Revenue Service.
Court documents show that Devier failed to turn over more than $377,163 in 2008 and 2009.
U.S. District Judge Ralph Erickson also ordered Devier to serve five years of supervised probation.
