WEST FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A community forum focused on the Fargo-Moorhead area’s heroin crisis is scheduled for next month.

KFGO radio reports (https://bit.ly/1SEPYwx ) that the “Eyes Wide Open” forum will be held May 5 at 6:30 p.m. in the West Fargo High School theatre.

The discussion will be led by local law enforcement, members of the medical community and the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Speakers will discuss the recent increase in opioid and heroin use, how it affects the community and how residents can work together to find solutions.
