YONKERS, N.Y. (AP) - Five families have been displaced after a weekend fire damaged three houses in Yonkers.

The fire broke out at 53 Herriot Street at around 2 p.m. Sunday and quickly spread to two homes on either side.

The Journal News (https://lohud.us/25UmJPY ) says the Creative Word Chapel was housed on the first floor of No. 53.

The Red Cross says 10 adults and seven children were provided relocation assistance
