HOULTON, Maine (AP) - A district court judge is presiding over a hearing that’ll help to determine whether a teenager should be tried as an adult for a killing in northern Maine.

Law enforcement officials say the boy, who was 16 at the time, and an 18-year-old have been accused of killing a Houlton man whose body was found inside his mobile home in March 2015.

The Associated Press generally does not identify juveniles accused of crimes.

The hearing was being held Monday in District Court in Houlton.

No details have been released on how Keith Suitter died. Police say the suspects were arrested five days after his body was found.
