CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (AP) - A West Virginia man has been convicted of stalking his former girlfriend.

A federal jury in Clarksburg found 56-year-old John Glenn Bartley of Inwood guilty Friday on charges of stalking and interstate violation of a protective order.

Court records show Bartley mailed indecent photographs of the woman to others, including her brother, ex-husband and to her prior and potential employers.

Bartley faces up to five years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine on each count.
