Teen hit, killed by pickup while test driving go-kart

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - Authorities say a teenager was killed while test driving a go-kart in Monument.

The Colorado Springs Gazette reports (https://goo.gl/foVKyC ) the 17-year-old boy, whose name has not been released, traveled from Denver to buy the go-kart Tuesday night. He was hit by a pickup truck as he pulled onto a road, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other information has been released.
