HENDERSON, Nev. (AP) - Two men found fatally shot in a car that had caught on fire after crashing into a Henderson home have been identified.
The Clark County Coroner’s office said Thursday that 34-year-old Lanard Lafare Wilson Jr. and 25-year-old Selvy Auston died of multiple gunshot wounds. Their deaths were ruled homicides.
The two men were with two others when a fight broke out inside the moving car on Tuesday. The shots were fired by a passenger, killing the two seated in the front.
Henderson police said they’re still investigating the incident and that neither of the survivors have been arrested.
The two men in the backseat were injured but treated at the scene.
They are cooperating and speaking with police as they try to determine who opened fire and why.
