YORK, Pa. (AP) - Two people have surrendered in a triple shooting at a Pennsylvania park that left one man dead.

Twenty-one-year-old Brady Koehler and 16-year-old Bradley Koehler are charged with homicide in the Sunday night shooting in Girard Park in York that killed 25-year-old Wayne Weedon Jr. Two other men were wounded in the shooting.

Police say two other teens claimed Brady Koehler and another teen robbed them during a marijuana deal, and that both sides agreed to fight in the park to settle the issue, bringing other people in to help.

Police say at one point, the Koehler’s began firing into the brawlers.

Online court records don’t list attorneys for the suspects, who surrendered Thursday night and were jailed without bond.

Both are also charged with aggravated assault, and Brady Koehler with robbery.
