BLAIR, Okla. (AP) - Jackson County authorities have arrested a Blair man in the shooting death of the man’s son-in-law.
Sheriff Roger LeVick told KECO (https://bit.ly/1qZO2IL ) that 63-year-old Terry Drury is being held on a first-degree murder charge that was filed Friday in the shooting death of 53-year-old Jeff Garrison.
Drury is being held in the Jackson County jail and records do not list an attorney for him. He’s scheduled for an initial court appearance next Thursday.
LeVick says Drury walked into the sheriff’s department Tuesday and told a dispatcher he had shot Garrison. LeVick says Garrison was later found dead with a gunshot wound to the head.
