CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - A New Jersey man has admitted using online messaging to solicit nude photos from minors.
Fifty-four-year-old Zackary McFerren of Egg Harbor Township on Thursday pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography and transferring obscene matter to a minor.
McFerren admitted he used the screen name of “Emily” to communicate with a girl in the Philadelphia area and asked the girl and her friend to send him nude photos of themselves. The girl sent at least 14 photos.
He also admitted sending a picture of his penis to a girl in Florida.
McFerren faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when he’s sentenced in July.
