WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Police in Delaware say a Wilmington man has been charged in a shooting at a restaurant that left one person dead and another injured.

Delaware State Police say in a news release that troopers are searching for 35-year-old Tyerin A. Griffin, who is charged with first-degree murder and three other counts in the shooting at the Shades of Blue Bar and Grill in Wilmington. They say Griffin has ties to Wilmington and Philadelphia.

The shooting occurred around 12:40 a.m. Friday. State Police say troopers responding to the call learned that a suspect had shot two men inside the bar before fleeing. One victim was pronounced dead at a hospital. The other was treated for injuries.

Names of the victims have not been released.
