SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - Salt Lake City police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a shooting that left one man with minor injuries.
Police spokesman Gary Keller says officers responded to a report of shots fired around 3 a.m. Saturday where several people were arguing outside a home.
Officers arrived and found nobody at the scene but went into the home.
Keller says the found one man but he was uninjured.
They were then called to a nearby hospital where a 29-year-old South Salt Lake man came in with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
Keller says the two people who brought him in were at the shooting scene.
But police have not determined a motive for the shooting.
No charges have been filed against anyone.
The incident remains under investigation.
