BELLE FOURCHE, S.D. (AP) - Belle Fourche police say more than 50 pounds of marijuana and hashish was confiscated after a man was arrested for driving under the influence.

The Rapid City Journal reports (https://bit.ly/1SvrcS0 ) police stopped the vehicle driven by 59-year-old man on Sunday.

Police say the man faces charges that include drunken driving and possession of a controlled substance.



Authorities estimated the street value of the marijuana and hashish to be at least $300,000.
