OGALLALA, Neb. (AP) - The defending national champion Nebraska volleyball team plays its only spring exhibition match on Saturday afternoon against Colorado at Prairie View School in Ogallala.

The match will be played in front of a sold-out crowd of about 1,300. Tickets went on sale March 10 and were sold out in 17 minutes.

Nebraska also will hold a practice open to the public on Friday night at Prairie View School.

Nebraska and Colorado last met in 2010, the Cornhuskers’ final season in the Big 12. Nebraska swept the Buffs then and owns a 49-7 advantage in the all-time series.

Colorado finished 19-13 last season, winning five of its final six Pac-12 matches.

The western Nebraska town of Ogallala is 3 ½-hour drive from Boulder, Colorado, and a 4 ½-hour drive from Lincoln.
