HOUSTON (AP) - Houston police have arrested a man accused of killing two people whose bodies were found in an apartment.

Harris County court records show 23-year-old Tariq Lackings of Galena (guh-LEE’-nuh) Park was being held Thursday without bond on capital murder charges.

Police spokeswoman Jodi Silva says investigators are seeking a second suspect in the April 10 slayings. No motive was immediately released.

Police say 34-year-old Robert Isaacs died of gunshot and stab wounds. Police say 33-year-old Willie Sims was fatally stabbed. Both victims died at the scene.

Online court records did not list an attorney to speak for Lackings.
