NEW YORK (AP) - Authorities say they’ve evacuated about nine residential buildings as a precaution because a building under construction in the Bronx appeared unstable.
WABC (https://7ny.tv/1T1fHPM ) says subway service has been interrupted because of the incident on Southern Boulevard.
An engineer reported problems with second-floor supports around 6:30 a.m. Thursday.
