BALTIMORE (AP) - Authorities say they’ve made an arrest after four people, including a 12-year-old boy, were hurt in a shooting at a block party in East Baltimore.

Police said in a news release that gunfire erupted at the gathering on Frankfort Avenue on Thursday night. Police say a man drove up in a dark-colored vehicle Thursday night, opened fire and drove away.

Police said the victims were a 33-year-old man, an 18-year-old man, a 16-year-old boy and the 12-year-old, who suffered a graze wound. They were taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say they’ve arrested 20-year-old Stephon Carroll and he’s being charged with four counts of attempted murder. Police say detectives believe the shooting was part of an ongoing neighborhood dispute.
