WIKIEUP, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say southbound U.S. 93 in northwest Arizona has reopened following an hourslong closure due to a crash Friday morning.
U.S. 93 is the main route between Phoenix and Las Vegas.
The Arizona Department of Transportation says the closure was about 40 miles south of Wikieup (WHIH’-kee-up).
The department says northbound lanes remained open.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety says the one-vehicle accident involved a tractor-trailer rig that overturned, blocking the southbound lanes. There was one minor injury.
