MONTICELLO, Ky. (AP) - Police are investigating the discovery of a body found inside a well in south-central Kentucky and searching for a possible suspect.
Kentucky State Police said troopers found the body Friday in Wayne County after receiving a call on the possible whereabouts of the female victim.
Police said no arrest has been made. They were searching for a possible suspect driving a black 2002 Honda Accord. Information can be reported to police at (606) 878-6622 or (800) 222-5555.
An autopsy was planned. The victim’s identity and manner of death was not released.
